Whatsoever, it is out and as rumors predicted, it is part of the Super Duty lineup.
A 7.3-l engine is replacing a 6.2-liter petrol powerplant. It adds 45 ponies for 430 hp total. It also boosts torque to 475 lb-ft. According to rumors, the truck with this engine and proper equipment is going to tow up to 25,000 pounds. Currently, the new drivetrain is available for the Super Duty class only. However, if other rumors come true, the engine could jump in the F-150 Raptor.
Diesel Specs
The improvements are significant, but that is still not enough to fear the lovers of diesel power. A 6.7-l Powerstroke is towing up to 33,000 pounds thanks to its 1,000 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed automatic transmission shifts power to all wheels for better traction and balance under heavy loads. The diesel unit is also good for 450 hp.
Trims
There will be six trim levels available for the 2021 Ford F-350 Super Duty. The entry-level model is XL, while the upper XLT already starts at $40,000. We could say that Lariat is a premium truck with the $50k price tag. But, the King Ranch model is available and costs $10,000 more. Platinum version comes with a price of $65,000 and the Limited edition adds around $20,000.
Regular, Crew, and Super Cab options are available for choice, as well as two sizes of bed, and single or dual rear wheels. The Limited model offers mostly everything. Quad LED lights and premium interior are available for some lower levels. King Ranch comes with unique leather seats and towing camera. The entry-level truck comes with a base Sync infotainment system. Blind-spot monitor, lane departure warning, and the auto emergency braking are added already on the XLT model.
