UTE vehicles are not new, but the only one left in the market is the 2018 Holden UTE. It is needless to say that this vehicle is a class apart. But sadly, there will not be the next generation of this UTE. Instead, the new Commodore sedan, which is the base of the UTE, will be revealed. 2018 Holden UTE – Fresh New Look Promised
The 2018 Holden UTEs expected to be built on GM’s global E2 platform. And this would make this vehicle extremely light in weight, yet durable and tough. Along with the light-weightiness, the sleek European appearance makes the vehicle look stylish and elegant. The aerodynamic shape of the vehicle imparts a sense of sophistication to the UTE.
The front fascia of this amazing UTE will present a broad grille structure along with a winged strip. The grand lion logo is present on the strip. On both sides of the grille are sleek and slim headlights, which run on IntelliLux LED Matrix Technology. The front bumper is narrow and has many small openings.

Like the exteriors, the interiors of new Holden UTE are also expected to be done in state-of-the-art style. Great combination of advanced technology and new European-inspired design is what gives the vehicle an upscale appearance. The dashboard of the vehicle is redesigned with 8-inch touch screen along with smartphone compatibility.

2018 Holden UTE – Modification under the Hood
There are two possible engine variants of 2018 UTE. One is a 2.0-litre turbo petrol and diesel 4-cylinder engine. The other higher version is expected to run on a 3.6-litre V6 engine, offering 308 hp of energy. The current SS V Redline version comes with a 6.2-litre V8 engine, offering 407 hp of energy and 570 Nm of torque.
The engines are expected to be coupled to the 9-speed automatic transmission. It is estimated that the 2018 Holden UTE will come with highly updated safety and security features including ones like automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, rear cross traffic etc.

Finally, there has been no update regarding the price of 2018 Holden UTE as yet. No estimated price ranges have been set as well. No fixed date of release of 2018 Holden UTE, probably the last UTE has been announced. In fact, there are no release date reports from automobile industry insiders as well.
