The 2019 RAM Power Wagon finally coming soon. FCA manufactures various types of light and heavy duty pickup trucks which are sold under the Ram brand in various markets. However, the RAM Power Wagon is not like any run of the mill trucks you see on the roads! A part of the FCA’s heavy duty truck line-up- its roots can be traced back to the times of WWII era.
The line-up known for awesome rock-crawling capability and towing capacity was produced until the 1980s. Later the lineup was re-launched in 2005. For 2019, the RAM Power Wagon 2500 gets a makeover. The spy shots of test model are now out in the web.
2019 RAM Power Wagon – External Body Parts and Inner Cosmetic Changes
The RAM line-up of trucks, including the light duty RAM 1500 series has been revamped by FCA. Now, the HD line-up is going to get the revamp for 2019. The spy shots of 2019 Ram Power Wagon hint at a truck with muscular, bold design and revised styling. From the images, it is clear the truck will sport a new grille at front. The headlamps and taillights will also get LED treatment. It will be sold in few exciting colors.
The cabin will also get some updates for sure. It will be spacious as well. Like the other trims in the RAM 2500 HD lineup the Power Wagon gets enhanced interior materials. The dashboard and panels may receive some changes for 2019. Leather seating may be offered as an option.
2019 RAM Power Wagon – Powerful Engine and Performance
The 2019 Power Wagon may continue with the same engine used in the predecessor. However, the output may be enhanced for 2019 and same can be said about the fuel economy. So, the Hemi V8 unit will be used under the hood. The towing capacity may be the same. It is not known if it will also geta hybrid version.

Like the new RAM 2019 1500 lineup, the 2019 Power Wagon will be laden with enough active safety technologies. The safety features will include airbags, vehicle stability control, traction control, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor. Some of the safety features are likely to be optional. FCA may also deploy some latest tech to help drivers stay alert and evade accidents.
The new RAM Power Wagon will also get a number of cool amenities. It may be offered with features like climate control, sun roof, heated seats, and the latest version of UConnect infotainment setup with a large touch display unit. FCA may offer some packages with it for customization needs.
2019 RAM Power Wagon – Expected Date of Arrival and Price
The exact pricing of 2019 RAM Power Wagon is yet to be announced. However, it may get a minor price bump compared to the 2018 version. It will be sent to showrooms in late 2018.
The RAM Power Wagon 2019 gets mild upgrades. It comes with revised styling, tweaked engines and a more upscale looking cabin. A few details including pricing are yet to be known. However, it will offer steep competition to the segment rivals from stables of Ford and GM upon release.
